- Breathe slowly counting to 4. Repeat it 10 times

- Be in the present
- Avoid catastrophic thoughts
- Eat more bananas and chocolate
- Write about what you feel grateful for each day
- Sing without using words, humming
- Repeat you’re worry over and over silently for 20 minutes until you’re bored
- Turn your anxiety into a movie, disconnect yourself from it
- Set aside specific worry time for 20 minutes each day
- Instead of judging your thoughts, describe it to yourself like it’s a curious object and move on
